Bulletin vs Addendum vs Change Order |
Addendum is issued after a project goes out for bid, but before bids are evaluated. Change order and bulletins occur during construction. Change order is issued by owner (or is it just approved by owner?) and is issued for changes involved significant $. Bulletin is a request for changes from the design/construction side. |

What is a possible outcome of lead consultant taking calls from contractor (as opposed to questions submitted in writing)? |
Will be considered giving an unfair advantage to one of the bidding parties (possibly disclosing information that all parties are not aware of) and could result in bids being invalidated. Consultant (in this case landscape architect) who took the call could become liable for the cost of bidding. |

What type of chart is this and what is it used for? |
A PERT chart is a project managment tool used to schedule, organize, and coordinate tasks. It differs from a Gantt chart in that a PERT chart focuses on relationships and is a bubble diagram. A Gantt chart is a bar graph showing the specific amount of time each process is expected to take. |
