What are the characteristics of anxious attachment? |
Clinginess, constant texting and calling, worry that their partner wants to leave them |

What are the characteristics of avoidant attachment? |
They become ‘detached’. The person believes that they an cope with situations alone and do not talk about their problems |

What are the characteristics of secure attachment? |
This is known as the rare ideal. People with a secure attachment have formed a positive and secure attachment as a baby/infant. These people are generous and are able to work out problems. They also understand if somebody is being ‘off’ it’s probably because they have had a bad day |
