They become ‘detached’. The person believes that they an cope with situations alone and do not talk about their problems

What are the characteristics of secure attachment?

This is known as the rare ideal. People with a secure attachment have formed a positive and secure attachment as a baby/infant. These people are generous and are able to work out problems. They also understand if somebody is being ‘off’ it’s probably because they have had a bad day
