Intentional conscious use of auditory (music, chimes, chants), visual (light, colour, art), olfactory (aromatherapy, breathwork), tactile (reflexology, massage), gustatory (foods), mental-cognitive (imagination, story), & kinesthetic (Tai Chi, Reiki) modalities.
ALSO, the nurse’s life history and previous experiences contribute to transpersonal caring relationships. |
