Build Air Pressure ( the governor should cut out between 105 and 135 psi compressor unloading )

Release ( spring ) parking brakes and fan brakes down using approximately 20 PSI but no lower than 80 - 85 PSI - Stop fanning.

The compressor should start loading ( Confirm by watching Air gushes starting to rise ) Continue to pump brakes

Low Air pressure warning should come on at 60 PSI

Continue to pump down until you reach 40 PSI on both guages.

Bring engine RPM up to 1100 RPM and begin the 50 to 90 PSI check in 3 minutes.

Start timing when the first gauge reaches 50 psi and stop timing when the second gauge reaches 90 PSI

Build air pressure to anywhere above 105 PSI ( confirm spring brakes release )

Turn engine off

To leak test by applying one full brake application for 1 minute making sure you lose no more than three PSI per minute
