IDEA disability is defined as |
mental retardation, hearing impairments, SLP, visual impairments, serious emotional disturbance, orthopedic impairments, autism, TBI, specific learning disabilities AND who need special ed and related services. - protected by Section 504 of the Rehab Act of 1973 -protected under the Americans w/ Disabilities Act |
