Owner Occupant

HO policy with Forms HOA, HOB, or HOC attached may be written only for the owner occupant of a dwelling or townhouse unit used exclusively fro private residential purposes, and which contain not more than two families and with not more than two boarders or roomers per family.

Tenant Occupant

HOBT, HOCT, non owner dwelling or an apartment and/ or townhouse situated in any building.

Form HOA

Covers Dwellings, other private structures on the premises, and personal property on and away from the premises against loss by fire, extended coverage, vandalism and malicious mischief and theft.

Form HOB

Covers dwellings and other private structures on the premises against all risks of physical loss with certain exceptions. In addition, form HOB covers personal property on and away from the premises against loss by fire, extended coverage, vandalism and malicious mischief, theft and certain other named perils.

Form HOC

Covers dwelling, other private structures on the premises and personal property on and away from premises against all risks of physical loss with certain exceptions.

Mold, Fungi, or Other Microbes Coverage

This is mandatory coverage which must be offered but can be declined by the named insured. Coverage is available with limits of liability for 25%, 50%, and 100% of coverage A, coverage C and loss of use
