The first three stages of grievances |
1. Filing grievances :- typically the employee submits a form detailing the incident and providing supporting documentation.
2. The manager's role:- once the grievances have been submitted, the facilitator will inform the manager. Then the manager will need to provide documentation of the incident and any disciplinary measures. ( If available and applicable).
3. Other documents :- other documents that can be presented are 1. Photographs 2. Building plans 3. Phone records 4. Job description 5. Expense receipt 6. Mileage report 7. E-mail 8. Production records 9. Working files |

Closing statement from employee 6. Closing statement from managers Why does the process fail There are many reasons why the peer review process can fail. 1. Employees are not familiar with the process. 2. Panel/facilitator seen as biased 3. Panel is not seen as valid/useful 4. Changes recommended by panel not implemented; panel loses credibility 5.
