How do we treat postmenopausal bleeding? |
Treat the cause- Atrophy: topical or systemic oestrogens- Polyps or fibroids: usually hysterectomy- Hyperplasia: P Rx or hysterectomy- Malignancies: treat as for specific typeFollow-up
