Poly=many gon=angle |
regular polygon: A polygon whose sides are the same length and whose angles are all equal.
triangle: A Polygon with 3 sides, 3 vertices, and 3 angles.
side of a triangle: The line segments that form the triangle
vertex (vertices)of a triangle: Each endpoint where 2 sides meet. The plural is vertices. degree: An angle is measured by a number of degrees between 0 and 360, which can be thought of as the amount of the rotation around the vertex from one side to the other. |
