Formula: Max Heart Rate (MHR)
220 bpm- Age
Formula: Target Heart Rate (THR)
Standard Formula: 220 bpm- Age × % intensity
Karoven Formula: 220 bpm- Age- RHR × % intensity + RHR
Formula: Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR)
Males: 1.0 × BW in kg ×24 hrs Females: 0.9 × BW in kg × 24 hrs
Formula: Physical Activity Level (PAL)
PAL= RMR × % activity
Formula: Thermic Effect of Food (TEF)
TEF= Energy (cal) intake × 10%
Formula: calories to grams, grams to calories
Cals-grams: Amount of Cals × fuel factor
Grams-Cals: Amount of Cals ÷ fuel factor
