Fumigation Close -- 7 Steps

1. Inspect MSA and riser (incomp if dmg) 2. Close S/V, disconnect mtr 3. Check pressure from inlet, record F + LU, change Kreg 4. Blank inlet, reconnect 5. Soap entire MSA and RFA if S/V leaking 6. Locking device 7. Complete order, form 5400 on MSA above S/V and front door

Inspect (soap, 1/2'' clearance below weld or 1'' down dmg part, remove tags and tape, verify no AOCs), coat (gauge test, clean, primer and wrap). If gauge slides through and not leaking, FUP and spray black paint
