Kant implied the equality principle when he stated every human being should be considered an end in him or herself and not a means for anyone else

the value of life principle
"the never kill of Kant" human beings should revere life and accept death. no ethical system can function or persist with out some statement that reflect s a concern for the preservation and protection of human life. to prohibit murder

its a powerful concept that lets you make claims on individual , employees and the government. rights are entitlements to make claims on others they are powerful and they demand what is owed to them. a morally justifiable command or fundament moral commodities. there are human rights that must be taken seriously.

what people deserver or merit no one who is innocent should be convicted or punished. people must deserve any punishment they get and the punishment should fit the crime. more serious crime more serious punishment.
arguments for mercy killings
1 we are not violating the value of life principle because most of those who undergo mercy killing are not fully alive human beings they are mindless organisms. 2 the longer people continue to " merely exist" the greater the financial and emotional burden on the family and society. 3 if patients they would want to die but we don't know for sure because they cannot communicate with. 4 legal safe guard s exist to prevent abuses of legalized mercy killing
