The main weakness of the Articles of
Confederation was that the Federal Government didn't have enough power, which caused various other chained issues.
What occurred during Shay’s Rebellion?
Shay’s Rebellion was an uprising, where Daniel Shay led the militia on a raid on the armories in Massachusetts. Since there was no Federal army, and the states couldn't interact, Daniel Shay was virtually unstoppable. This led to the realization of the weaknesses of the Articles of Confederation.
