Murder

30-2-1 The killing of a human being by another without lawful justification or excuse by any means which death may be caused. The circumstances if the crime will indicate the degree of the offense.

Manslaughter

30-2-2 The unlawful killing of a human being without malice. The circumstances of the crime will indicate the degree of the offense.

Assault

30-3-1 An attempt to commit a battery on the person of another. Or any unlawful act, threat, or meanacing conduct which causes another person to reasonably believe that he is in danger of receiving an immediate battery.

Aggravated Assault

30-3-2 Unlawful assaulting or striking at another with a deadly weapon, OR assaulting or threatening another while wearing a mask, hood, or anything else that disguises or conceals identity, OR willfully and intentionally assaulting another with intent to commit a felony

Assault w/Intent to Commit a Violent Felony

30-3-3 Assaulting another with intent to kill, seriously injure, or commit criminal sexual penetration, robbery, or burglary

Battery

30-3-4 Unlawful, intentional touching or application of force to the person of another when done in a rude, angry, or insolent manner.

Aggravated Battery

30-3-5 Unlawful touching or application of force to the person of another with intent to injure that person. The severity of the injury indicates the degree of the offense.

Kidnapping

30-4-1 The unlawful taking, restraining, or confining of a person by force or deception with intent the victim be: held for ransom, held for hostage, or be forced to do something against the victim's will

False Imprisonment

30-4-2 Intentionally confining or restraininga person without his consent and with knowledge that the perpetrator has no lawful authority to do so.

Negligent Use Of A Deadly Weapon

30-7-4 Discharging a firearm into any building or vehicle or as to knowingly endanger a person or his property, OR carrying a firearm while under the influence of an intoxicant or narcortic, OR endangering the safety of another by handling or using a firearm or other deadly weapon in a negligent manner, OR discharging a firearm within one hundred and fifty yards of an inhabited dwelling or building without the permission of the owner or lesser thereof

Public Nuisance

30-8-1 Knowingly creating, performing, or maintaining anything affecting any number of citizens without lawful authority which is either injurious to public health, safety, morale, or welfare OR interferes with the exercise and enjoyment of public right including the right to use public property

Enticement Of A Child

30-9-1 Enticing, persuading, or attempting to persuade a child under the age of sixteen years to enter any vehicle, building, room, or secluded place with intent to commit an act which would constitute a crime under Article 9 (30-9-9) of the Criminal Code, OR having possession of a child under the age of sizteen years in any vehicle, building, room, or secluded public place with intent to commit an act which would constitute a a crime under Article 9 of the Criminal Code.

Criminal Sexual Penetratio

30-9-11 Unlawful and intentional causing of a person other than one's spouse to engage in sexual intercourse, anal intercourse, or oral sex, or cause the penetration to any extent and with any object id the genital or anal openings of another. The circumstances of the crime control the degree of the offense.

Criminal Sexual Contact

30-9-12 Unlawful and intentional touching or application of force without consent to the unclothed intimate parts of another who has reached his 18th birthday or intentionally causing another who has reached his 18th birthday to touch ones intimate parts.

Criminal Sexual Contact Of A Minor

30-9-13 Unlawful intentional touching or application of force to the intimate parts of a minor, other than one's spouse, or causing the minor to touch one's intimate parts. The circumstances of the crime will indicate the degree of the offense.

Criminal Tresspass

30-14-1 Unlawful entering or remaining upon the lands of another knowing that consent to enter or remain is denied or withdrawn by the owner or occupant

Breaking and Entering

30-14-8 Unathorized entry of any vehicle or structure where entry is obtained by fraud or deception, breaking or dismantling any part of the vehicle or structure, or breaking or dismantling any device to secure the vehicle or structure.

Criminal Damage to Property

30-15-1 Intentionally damaging any real or personal property of another without consent of the owner of the property. The amount of damage will dictate the degree of the offense.

Larceny

30-16-1 Stealing of anything of value which belongs to another. The value of the thing stolen dictates the degree of the crime

Robbery

30-16-2 Theft of anything of value from the person of another or from the inmediate control of another by use or threatened use od force or violence. The presence of a deadly weapon increases the degree of the crime.

Burglary

30-16 3 Unathorized entry of any vehicle or a structure with intent to commit a theft or felony therein. If the structure is used as a dwelling the degree of the crime is increased.

Aggravated Burglary

30-16-4 Unathorized entry of any vehicle, watercraft, aircraft, dwelling, or other structure (moveable or immovable) with intent to commit any felony or theft therin, AND the person is either armed with a deadly weapon, or after entering arms his/herself with a deadly weapon, or commits a battery upon any person while in such place or in entering or leaving such place

Fraud

30-16-5 Intentional misappropriation of taking of anything of value which belongs to another by means of fraudulent conduct, practices, or representations. The value of tge item taken or missapropriated determines the degeee of the crime

Embezzlement

30-16-8 The embezzling or converting to one's own use of anything of value with which he/she has been entrusted with fraudulent intent to deprive the owner of its use oe value. The degree of the crime is determined by the amount embezzled.

Forgery

30-16-9 Falsly making or altering any signature or any other part of a written document having legal significance with intent to injure or defraud OR knowingly issuing or transferring forged writing with intent to injure or defraud

Receiving Stolen Property

30-16-10 Intentionally recieving, retaining, or disposing of stolen property knowing that it is stolen or believing that it is stolen unless the property is recieced, retained, kr disposed with intent to restore it to the owner. The value of the property determines the degree of the offense.

Shoplifting

30-16-20 Willfully taking possession of any merchandise with the untention of taking without paying for it, OR willfully concealing any merchandise with the intention of taking it without paying for it, OR willfully altering any lavel, price tag, or marking upon the merchandise with the intention of depriving the merchant of some or all of the value of the merchandise, OR willfully trsnsferring merchandise from one container to another with intention of depriving the merchant of all or some part of its value. For each of the shoplifting alternatives, the value of the property taken determines the degree of the crime.

Forgery Of A Credit Card

30-16-31 A person who, with intent to defraud a purported issuer, or a person or organization providing monet, gooss, services, or anything else or value, or any othet person makes or embossed a purported credit card or alters such a credit card without consent of the owner.

Disorderly Conduct

30-20-1 Engaging in violent , abusive, indecent, profane, boisterous, unreasonably loud, or otherwise disorderly conduct which tends to disturb the peace

Resisting Arrest

30-22-1 Knowingly obstructing, resisiting, or opposing any peace officer who is in the lawful discharge of his duties or any other person who is attempting to serve a subpoena, warrant, or order of the court.

Assault Upon A Peace Officer

30-22-21 An attempt to commit a battery upon the person of a peace officer while he is in the lawful discharge of his duties, OR any unlawful act, threat, or meanacing conduct which causes a peace officer while he is in the lawful discharge of his duties to reasonably believe he that he is in danger of receiving an immediate battery.

Aggravated Assault Upon A Peace Officer

30-22-22 Unalwfully assaulting or striking at a peace officer with a deadly weapon while he is in the lawful discharge of his duties OR committing assault by threatening or menacing a peace officer who is engaged in the lawful discharge of his duties by a person wearing a mask, hood, robe, or other coverung upon the face head or body or disguised in any manner so as to conceal identity. OR willfully and intentionally assaulting a peace office while he is in the lawful discharge of his duties with the intent to commit any felony

Battery Upon A Peace Officer

30-22-23 The unalwful, intentional touching or application of force of any peace officer while he is in the lawful discharge of his duties when done in a rude, angry, or insolent manner

Attempt To Commit A Felony

30-28-1 An overt act in furtherance of and with intent to commit a felony tending but failing to commit the felony. The degree of the crime indicates the severity of the offense.

Conspiracy

30-28-2 Knowingly combing or agreeing with another person for the purpose of committing a felony
