Rate: usually normal but can occur with sinus brady or sinus tach P waves: P wave of nonconducted PAC is premature, abnormal & often found hidden in preceding T wave distorting the T wave contour PR: absent; impulse not conducted to ventricles QRS: absent; impulse not conducted to ventricles |
