Mean as Measure of Central Location: 
XBar, X with a dash on top. Sum of all observations  Amount of observations How far away from the mean are the given answers. 

Frequency Tables: 
Discrete = Exact number. Non = Can vary between lots of values. Discrete you use the same, if non discrete then you would use the midpoint of the values. 

Mean from Frequency Table: 
Separate into the amount of occurrences. X, Frequency, Sum of Frequencies. Add up the frequency row. 

How would you work out the median? What else can the median be called? How do you work out Q1 and Q3? How do you the interquartile range? 
Add 1 to the total number of values and divide by 2. If even this is the value, if ends in 0.5 then you half the value before and after. Q2. The total numbers under and over Q2, add one divide by 2. Q3  Q1.
