Actions of Adrenaline in Cardiac Arrest |
Sympathomimetic that stimulates alpha and beta adrenergic receptors. Because of this myocardial and cerebral blood flow is enhanced during CPR. Making CPR more effective due to increased peripheral resistance which improves perfusion pressures. |
