1. Urgency--pain or discomfort requires immediate attention
2. Etiologic Factors--removal or control of causative agent (ie: plaque>acute gingivitis) 3. Special Patient Requirements--(may require longer or shorter appointments) (ie: antibiotic coverage, systemic diseases, infectious diseases, severity of condition) |
