- not providing adequate food or clothing


- not protecting child from physical harm


- not accessing medical treatment for child


- allowing child to be exposed to illicit drugs

CPP - Time frames

- Critical 24 hrs


At risk to serious harm, no safety or care isentified, requires immediate involvement



- Very urgent 48hrs


At risk of serious harm but has some protective factors, high priority to follow up



- Urgent 7 days


At risk of harm or neglect, factors may change, vulnerability exists
