WHAT TIME IS IT

Due to the fallacious nature of my chronometer and the inability of my cerebrum to function in the manner of an august Chief Petty Officer I am unable to ascertain the correct military time to a punctilious degree. However, it is my firm belief that the approximate military time is _____ local,

OATH OF ENLISTMENT

I, ______ do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the uniform code of military justice. So Help me God.

A Chief Petty Officer never drinks

A Chief Petty Officer never drinks,

but if he does drink he never gets drunk,

however should he get drunk, he never staggers,

should he stagger, he never falls,

if by chance he should fall,

he does so in the privacy of his own quarters,

should he not be able to make it to his own quarters,

he falls to his left to cover his rating badge,

so passerbys will think he's a junior officer.

Anchors Aweigh

Stand Navy out to sea,

fight our battle cry;

We'll never change our course,

so vicious foe steer shy-y-y-y.

Roll out the TNT, Anchors aweigh!

Sail on to victory

And sink their bones to Davy Jones, hooray!

Anchors aweigh, my boys, anchors aweigh.

Farwell to foreign shores,

we sail at break of day-ay-ay-ay.

Through our last night ashore,

drink to the foam,

Until we meet once more.

Here's wishing you a happy voyage home.

Blue of the mighty deep,

gold of God's great son.

Let these our colors be

till all of time done, done, done, done.

On the seven seas we learn Navy's stern call:

Faith, courage, service true, with honor, over honor, over all.

Goooo Navy! Navy Chief Navy Pride
