We have 24 aircraft along with a large maintenance section involving support tools, supplies, and equipment. Just relocation the tools and supplies alone will be a huge undertaking. Taking a nervous breath Brackett says, "Please understand we only have two years to accomplish this drawdown and I'm not sure what our budget is at this time. Listen, rater that address your individual concerns now, I ask each of you to review the plan first. I'm confident that, with a few minor adjustments, this plan will work fine." Turning to his training manager, Chief Woodman says, "MSgt Borden we will need a thorough review of all 5- and 7-skill level personnel. We will solicit volunteers form that pool. Hey, have you ever worked with our manpower and personnel documents before?", he asks. "Not really, "MSgt Borden replies with uncertainty. "But I can probably figure it out." " This sounds like a great learning opportunity for you!" Chief Woodman replies. "I have the manpower information in my office. Why don't you bring the personnel roster over and we'll review them together."
