A common space refers to a physical space that can build shared values and common experiences to build a nation

What is increased opportunities for discrimination
1) Cultural/racial conflict can arise more often due to increased interactions
2) Misconceptions and false judgement can lead to stereotypes and discrimination
Why the increased competition for resources?
1) Concern over standard of living as there might be too high demands for the goods and services hence there would a price increase
2) Concern over social mobility as employers prefer to hire immigrants who do not request for such high pay, leading to some people staying unemployed
