- right mindfulness (knowing your own emotions and the emotions of others)
- right effort (effort to meditate and positivity)
- right concentration (develop focus for meditation)
Wisdom —>
- Right understanding (knowing that actions have consequences)
- Right intention —> (being clear about following path of Buddhism)
