If there is no net force acting on an object, the object will remain at rest or keep moving at that same constant velocity
Newton’s Second Law
If the net force on an object is not zero the object will be accelerated in the direction of the net force
Newton’s Third Law
“For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction”
