Effect of Code
Conduct does not constitute an offense unless it is defined as an offense by
1. STATUE
2. MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE
3. ORDER BY COUNTY COMMISSIONER
4.RULE AUTHORIZED
Territorial Jurisdiction
1. CONDUCT or RESULT that is in element of the offense occurs INSIDE of texas.
2.Conduct OUTSIDE texas constitutes an ATTEMPT to commit an offense INSIDE texas.
3. Conduct OUTSIDE texas consitutes a CONSPIRACY to commit and offense INSIDE texas and an act in futherance of the conspiracy INSIDE texas.
4. Conduct INSIDE texas constitues an ATTEMPT, SOLICITATION, or CONSPIRACY or establishes criminal responsibility for the commission of an offense in another jurisdiction that is also an offense under the laws of texas.
