State the 2 systems used to submit M&C messages
Mil-EAMS
If Mil-EAMS is not available then messages can be faxed on a F3808
How long are M&Cmessages filed and kept for?
Kept chronologically and readily accessible for 1 calender month
Retained for a further 3 months
Destroyed after 4 months unless required
