Delayed Conditioning
The CS must come before the UCS.
Trace Conditioning
The CS is presented and then a period of time passes before the UCS is presented. This gap in time is referred to as an interstimulus interval.
Simultaneous Conditioning
When the CS is presented at the same time as the UCS. (Not effective)
Backward Conditioning
When the CS is presented after the UCS. (not effective)
The difference between extinction and forgetting:
Reacquisition
Relearning a response after it was extinguished.
Spontaneous recovery
Name 3 variables that can affect classical conditioning
