Obstacles
Things that prevent prospects from starting or slow them down from finishing things that they need or want to do.
For example, lacking the time, will power or budget to use existing solutions.
Risks
Things that could go wrong or have negative consequences when using a solution.
For example, a computer security product that doesn't work or a health product that has a reverse effect.
