If sympathetically independent pain it’s generally Responsive to therapies
sympathetic nerve blocks will improve sympathetically maintained pain
What is crps criteria
Presence inciting noxious event or cause of immob
Continued pain allodynia or hyperalgesia disproportionate to inciting event
At some time oedema/ changes to blood flow or abnormal sudomotor activity
Exclusion of other condition causing symptoms
