The incident commander is responsible for the following outcomes 5.8
Provide for the safety and survival of all responders

Conserve property and the environment during and after incident operations
Provide short term services that stabilise and begin to normalise lives of those affected by the incident
Minimise economic loss due to the effects of the emergency for the customer, stakeholders and community

Seperate one incident from another
Manage spans of control
Seperate command and tactical communications inline with the scale type and complexity of the incident.
Reflect organisation structure of the incident
Ensure effective tactical communications in the hot zone. Especially the internal BA crews communication is of highest priority
