Cholesterol what makes it bad
Cholesterol is carried through your blood by proteins. Low density proteins build up inside the walls of the arteries making them hard and narrow.
High density proteins help remove the bad cholesterol and take it back to the liver.
Obesity makes it worse due to fatty liver and inactivity
What is cholesterol
It is a waxy substance fountain fats (lipids) in the blood. It is needed to build healthy cells but to much can increase risk of heart disease.how does fiber
How does fiber lower cholesterol
Fiber is not digested nor absorbed in the body, colon, or stomach. It passes through the stomach. small intestine, colon and out of the body. Fiber helps pick up the bad low density cholesterol and binds to poop to get out of your body.
