BUYER'S LOAN
Should determine during DDP if approved for loan, etc. then terminate contract prior to end of DDP otherwise they are in breach of contract
BUYER'S RIGHT TO TERMINATE
If buyer is not satisfied with the property condition, terms of contract etc. the buyer may terminate the contract in writing by 5pm of DDP
