Concordance
The presence of the same trait in both members of a pair of twins. Eg identical twins are concorde because they both have or lack a certain trait.
Strict definition - "the probability that a pair of individuals will both have a certain characteristic, given that one of the pair has the characteristic"
Twins
Variation
Diversity in a population or species as a result of new gene combinations (eg crossing over of chromosomes), genetic mutations, genetic drift etc.
Mutation
An unpredictable change in genetic material and produces a different allele of a gene known as a gene mutation.
