What is the difference between 2,3,and 4 structure proteins?
2 structure proteins are coils or sheetesd pattern in a polypeptide chain,
3 structure is a 3 dimensional protein molecule that shows the mode of interaction of secondary structireal elements, meaning how coils bond to each other.they are a single chain protein molecule whilst 2 structure just shows 1 chain 2 dimensional
4 structure is the association of different polypeptide chains.the chains are held together by the same bonds in 3 structure.
