How many vertebrae make up cervical spine and what is so special about this area of the spine?
Cervical spine consists of seven vertebrae but the first (atlas) and second (axis) greatly differ from the rest. There is no intervertebral disc between them.

Why should you check for a vertebra malposition before Training and building up back muscles when experiencing back pain?
Also why should Training be supervised / conducted by a coach it physiotherapist at the beginning?
To avoid possibly shifted vertebrae to remain and be strengthened in their wrong position, eg a Dorn therapist should be consulted first. He/she is able to detect and correct a vertebrae malposition before start of training.
Moreover, exercise should be carried out under expert supervision so that muscles are not overextended which can result in muscle tension.
This is why coach or physiotherapist is extremely important, at least in beginning, since he/she can judge weather exercise is carried out correctly.
Why is a well trained stomach muscle extremely important for the back?
Back pains often connected with generally weak trunk musculature. Therefore important not only to train back and neck muscles, but also stomach muscles since this entire area also supports and stabilizes the back.
If stomach muscles are weak, the gluteal and thigh muscles have to take over work of stomach muscles. Besides overextending these muscles, it might also cuDe destabilization of spine and therefore back pains.

Ensure that there is a gap between individual vertebrae and therefore prevents them rubbing against each other

Intervertebral discs are not supplied by blood vessels but through intracellular fluid.
If acid-base balance is disturbed, this fluid becomes clogged and sufficient supply of basic nutrients is no longer ensured.

By drinking sufficient amounts of still water (about 2l daily)
By following base-excessive diet

Nourishment as well as cleansing of intervertebral discs is carried out by intercellular fluid. This only works if Person carries out regular exercise as movement acts like a pump.
If strained, intervertebral discs release metabolic residue into intercellular fluid. If relieved, they absorb nutrients from the fluid.
Therefore exercise ensures that intervertebral discs are supplied with nutrients and keep their cells clean and well nourished.
