- double pot still (Charentais) distillation, direct heated: first product is the brouillis 27-30% abv, second one is the bonne chauffe max 72.4% abv.


- distillation with lees (Remy Martin method)= richer mouth feel, more intensity & complexity.


- distillation without lees (Martell method)= lighter, purer style.
