1. IF ATTWO IS NOT MANNED, CHIEF OF THE GUARD IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EXECUTION OF ATTWO PPR UNTIL ATTWO IS MANNED AND READY (ATTWO PPR: 1. Order OOD to call away Security Alert for ACTIVE SHOOTER. “(Immediately following four short whistles) “SECURITY ALERT, SECURITY ALERT. AWAY THE SHIP'S REACTION FORCE, ALL HANDS NOT INVOLVED MOVE INTO A SPACE AND SECURE THE DOOR. REASON FOR SECURITY ALERT IS ACTIVE SHOOTER ON THE SHIP IN THE AREA OF "-----". INTRUDER LAST SEEN (GIVE LOCATION LAST SEEN AND DIRECTION OF TRAVEL) AND IS DESCRIBED AS (GIVE DESCRIPTION, i.e. white male approximately 6' tall wearing black jeans, white undershirt and blue jacket...)". Repeat. After second time ensure OOD repeats the following every 10 minutes "The Ship is at Security Alert, all hands not involved stand fast"
2. Start event log.
3. Establish comms with COG via Radio or J-Dial.
4. Deploy Two RF members to secure the Commanding Officer and Executive Officer.
5. Deploy SRF immediately to the area in which shots were last heard to nuetralize the threat(s).
6. Ensure the BRF deploy to area in which shots were last heard and communicate with SRF team(s).
7. Ensure all watch stations maintain vigilance in case of diversionary tactics.
8. Inform EDO, Fire Marshall, and Duty Medical of situation and have them on stand-by.
9. When Shooter is contained, captured or neutralized, ensure the Snoopie Team photographs the shooter(s) prior to turning them over to Host Nation or Law Enforcement personnel. Keep the CDO informed. )
2. Establish comms with ATTWO inform when RF is manned and ready.
3. At ATTWO direction, arm and deploy two RF members to secure the CO and XO.
4. Ensure SRF deploy to the area in which shots were last heard to neutralize the threat.
5. When Shooter is contained, captured or neutralized, immediately inform ATTWO.
6. Ensure Shooter(s) are immediately handcuffed / flex cuffed and thoroughly searched. Keep guard on detained individual(s) and deploy remaining RF to clear the area for additional threats, and report anything suspicious. Report findings to the ATTWO immediately. (Close up barriers, send 2 RF to CO/XO, send SRF to shooter to eliminate target, search target, suspects and surrounding area) |

Civil Demonstration |

2. Utilize SRF / BRF / RF at ship entry points or as needed. Ensure SRF / BRF remain inside the skin of the ship and shows no signs of aggression unless demonstration becomes hostile.
3. If "repel boarders" is called away, direct BRF to location in order to deny access for any un-authorized personnel.
4. Increase vigilance in case of diversionary tactics.
5. Standby for further instructions by the ATTWO.

2. Establish comms with ATTWO.
3. Deploy to the location of the Hostage situation to set up an initial perimeter. Cover entrance(s) and exit(s) if possible.
4. When Hostage taker is contained, captured or neutralized, immediately inform ATTWO / CDO.
5. Ensure all individuals at the scene (including hostages) are immediately handcuffed / flex cuffed and thoroughly searched. Keep guard on all detained individual(s) and deploy remaining BRF to search for IED' s or anything suspicious. Report findings to the ATTWO immediately.
6. Increase vigilance in case of diversionary tactics.
7. Stand by for further instructions by the ATTWO.
