NNRTI based

When should pregnant women/infants start/stop using tx?
C section benefits all women and kids
tx should start at 14 weeks. If earlier stop tx then begin again at 14 wks
Baby should begin wi 6-12 hrs of birth
What do we do when there is Hep B or C co-infection?
If you want to tx both HIV and HepB --->IFNa or b, 3TC

if only HepB tx is desired --->ADEFOVIR

With Hep C, may hold until CD4 is >200, then IFN + Ribavarin
