what is apportion?
That the House of Representative shall be distributed among states based on population.
what is reapportion?
The redistribution of House of Representative seats based on the census ever ten years.
what is a constituency?
Constituency is the people and area a government offical represents.
what is a continuous body?
Means that like the Senators they never all come up for elections at the same time. (Only 1/3 at a time)

A function of committee is the oversight function which ishow congress checks and sees if agencies in the executive branches.
What is a single member district?
Under single member district the voters in each district elect one of the State represenative unlike at-large who are elected by the state as a whole.

Politisan, Trustee, Politico, or Delegate
What is politisan? What is a trustee?
Politisan are law makers who first allegiance is to their political party. A trustee believes eachquestion should be based on it's own merit.
What is a delegate? What is politico?
A Delegate sees themselves as agents of the people who elected him. Politico combines being a delegate, trustee, and a Politisan.
Why and when do they reapportion congress?
They reapportion congress every ten years based on the cencus. (count of apeople).
