Explain ministerial responsibilities.
The minister responsible for the particular area can be asked questions in parliament about the use of delegated power.

Parliamentary committees are responsible for checking regulations.They also make sure that delegated legislation complies with the views of the community.
Explain sunset clause.
All regulations are revoked after 10 years. Local councils are elected bodies and councillors face their communities for election every 4 years.
