Arthralgia

Pain located in the joints.

Flaccid myelitis

An acute neurological illness characterized by symptoms of paralysis of arms or legs; first described and named by the CDC in 2014 following multiple incidences across the u.s. in children with an unknown etiology.

Hemorrhagic fever

Any hemorrhagic disease caused by filovirus; characterized by internal hemorrhaging and clotting. Has a high mortality rate.

Leukopenia

A condition characterized by an abnormal decrease of white blood cells in the blood, increasing risk for infection.
