Invasion by physical tresspass into space under person's control.
Embarrasment
Comes down to how well known the person is and how true the actual info is
False Light
When a journalist publishes untrue statements about an individual that significantly alters their image
Misappropriation
Using a person's name or image for commercial purposes without their consent.

6th = right to be tried by an impartial jury

14th = right to be tried fairly before jury.
