opening from right atrium to left atrium....allows blood to bypass lungs by not going into right ventricle.
Ductus Arteriosus
short blood vessel between pulmonary artery and aorta...allows any blood that made it to right ventricle to bypass lungs by going into aorta.
Ductus Venosus
Connects umbilical vein to inferior vena cava...allows blood from placenta to bypass liver.
