Jacquere (varietal)

Clean and fresh alpine white grape grown in Savoie, France. Typically high acidity, herbaceous with aromas of fresh cut grass, green apples, and pears. Best consumed young while it still displays clean minerality and a lively citrus palate.

Jacquere (tasting)

Pale gold, bright, fresh and light on the palate. A perfect aperitif wine. Fresh minerality and green apple notes. Light flavors of almond skin and fresh citrus.

Melon de Bourgogne (varietal)

White grape varietal commonly associated with the Loire Valley. Famous for Muscadet wine, which is typically crisp and slightly salty.

Melon de Bourgogne (tasting)

Aromas of lemon zest, green apple, with subtle floral and herb notes in the background. Juicy orchard and citrus flavors give it delineation and lift. Finishes with a zesty lemon note with good cling and lingering florility.

Chenin Blanc (tasting)

Aromas from the glass express the magic of its growth in pure sand and limestone. Striking fruits like sweet lime and meyer lemon, with notes of exotic spice and flint. This is a high acidity wine that somehow presents itself gently and opens up beautifully in the glass.
