NCOIC Control Card and assigns a due date for when the Reenlistment Contact Report Card must be returned. The NCOIC uses the RSS-NCOIC Control Card to track the Reenlistment Card Program.

c. Reenlistment Card Part III (Reenlistment Card) is given to recruiter by NCOIC to be worked.

d. Reenlistment Card Part IV (Reenlistment Contact Report Card) is given to recruiter, along with the Reenlistment Card Part III, by NCOIC to be contacted and returned to NCOIC.
