Tug test with trailer and tractor |

Air brake |
Chock wheels, wait until 120-140 psi buildup. After buildup, turn key off then to on position. Release parking brakes. Wait for initial drop. Press foot brake. Timer for 1 minute. Monitor gauge. Can't lose more than 4 psi. |

Low air warning |
Fan brakes with key in on position. Alarm should go off before 60 psi. |

Spring brake button test |
Fan brakes. Buttons should pop at about 40 psi. |

Service brake test |
Do safe start. Wait for pressure to build. Unchock wheels. Go to 5mph and gently press brakes. Check to see it doesn't pull to either side and stops when brake applied |
