Usability

The accuracy and completeness with which users achieve specified goals

Efficiency

The resources used in relation to the results achieved.

Resources include time, human effort, financial and material resources


Efficiency is the attribute of usability that focuses on being able to accomplish a task using acceptable amounts of resources

Satisfaction

The extent to which the users physical, cognitive and emotional responses that result from the use of the interactive system meet the users needs and expectations

Effectiveness and efficiency may influence satisfaction

User experience
