What are the features to a FPS 7000 face mask?
1. Made from dermatic rubber, with double reflex seal. 2. Held in place by a five strap adjustable harness. 3. When not in use, supported by neck strap and stud to hold it into wearers chest. 4. Impact and scratch resistant polycarbonate visor- gives wide interrupted field of vision and provides airtight seal of mask. 5.within main mask, inner mask prevents misting and build upon carbon dioxide. 6 Air controlled from medium pressure supply hose to mask via 'first breath' button. 7. - Supplies air at breathable pressure to meet the demands of the wearer, whatever their workmate requirements may be.
What is the purpose of quick release couplings?
-This allows the wearer to supply or recieve air in an emergency exchange of air.
What is the purpose of the reducer?
-To assist with the reduction of cylinder pressure to a breathable pressure.
There are three non kink rubber, flexible air hoses that lead from the reducer. These are?
1. High pressure air hose to Emu. 300 bar
2. Medium pressure air hose leading to LDV- provides air to wearers mask once it has been reduced. 6-9 bar
3. Medium pressure air hose leading to second person connection used to assist other wearers low on air. 6-9 bar
What are the five features of a bodyguard 7000?
1. Monitoring the available air pressure of the compressed air cylinder
2. Time to warning- numeric display.
3. Time of warning- indicated by flashing LEDs and audible warning.
4. Visual Led indicators- ( green- operational mode, key removed, red/blue - warning mode and blue - telemetry signal)
5. Motion sensor, and automatic distress signal unit.
