Aborted Engine Start

1. ENG start lvr affected engine CUTOFF

Engine limit surge or stall

1. A/T disengage

2. THR lvr affected engine CONFIRM and retard until engine w/i limits or THR closed

Loss of THR both engines

1 ENGINE START switches (both) . . . . . . . . . . FLT
2 Engine start levers (both) . . . . . . . . . . . CUTOFF
3 When EGT decreases:
Engine start levers (both) . . . . . . IDLE detent
4 If EGT reaches 930°C or there is no increase in EGT
within 30 seconds:
Engine start lever
(affected engine) . . . . Confirm . . . . . CUTOFF,
then IDLE detent
If EGT again reaches 930°C or there is no
increase in EGT within 30 seconds, repeat as
needed.

APU Fire

1. APU fire switch CONFIRM PULL hold to the stop for 1 second

2. APU Switch OFF

ENG FIRE or severe damage/separation

1. A/T Disengage

2. THR LVR affected side CONFIRM CLOSE

3. ENG START SWITCHaffected side CONFIRM CUTOFF

4. ENG FIRE SWITCH CONFIRM PULL

5. IF engine fire switch or ENG OVERHEAT stays illuminated rotate to the stop hold for one second.

IF after 30s still iluminated rotate to the other stop hold for one second.

ENGINE OVERHEAT

1. A/T disengage

2. THR LVR affected side confirm CLOSE

3. IF ENG OVERHEAT light stays illuminated go to ENGINE FIRE CL

RUNAWAY STAB

Airspeed unreliable

1. Adjust airplane attitude/thrust. Maintain AP control

2. Pitot heat sw. check ON

3. Cross check ASI's

LANDING CONFIG

1. Assure correct airplane landing config.

OVERSPEED

1. Reduce thrust and, if needed, adjust attitude to
reduce airspeed to less than Vmo/Mmo.

TAKEOFF CONFIG

1. Assure correct TO CONFIG

INTERMITTENT warning horn or TO CONF/CAB ALT WRN light.

1 If the intermittent warning horn sounds or the
CABIN ALTITUDE light (as installed) illuminates in
flight at an airplane flight altitude above 10,000
feet MSL:
Don the oxygen masks and set the regulators to
100%.
Establish crew communications.
Go to the CABIN ALTITUDE WARNING
or Rapid Depressurization checklist on
page 2.1

2 If the intermittent warning horn sounds or the
TAKEOFF CONFIG light (as installed) illuminates on
