Class I indications for pacemaker

Documented symptomatic bradycardia


CHB or advanced 2nd degree/Mobitz II


Alternating RBBB/LBBB


Any AV block with clear associated symptoms

AF + CHADS2=0, ACS

DAPT with ticag or prasugrel for 12 months

AF + CHADS2=0, elective high risk PCI

DAPT with clopidogrel 12 months

AF + CHADS2=0, elective PCI without high risk features

DAPT with clopidogrel. Min 1 mo for BMS and min 3 mo for DES

AF + CHADS2=1, low risk elective PCI

Dual pathway with clopidogrel at least 1 mo BMS and 3 mo DES

Riv 10-15mg daily (lower of CrCl 30-50)
